Stacey has never been one to shy away from a challenge and completed her Bachelor of Laws whilst raising her four children and owning the legal firm, which she purchased in partnership with a colleague in 2010.

Stacey's areas of focus include:

  • Property Law particularly commercial property and rural land

  • Probates and Estate Administration

  • Mediation and Dispute Resolution

  • Water Licensing

A ball of endless energy, Stacey also serves as the Vice President of the Gunnedah Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of Rotary 2380. She had previously held the President role for both these organisations. 

Stacey is a smart, generous, and innovative leader with a passion for advocating for the rights of others. She has a unique ability to help people find their voice and be heard, which in her line of business is an excellent quality to have.

Brian Mockler

Principal Lawyer

  • Admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court NSW (1978)

With over 40 years’ experience practicing law across NSW as a Solicitor and Litigator,  Brian worked initially as a Consultant at Stacey McAllan Legal in 2019 before joining the team as Principal Lawyer in early 2020.

Brian’s areas of specialty include:

  • Family Law particularly property division, settlements and superannuation splitting, separation, and divorce

  • Commercial matters and Employment Law

  • Probate and Estate Administration 

  • Local Government matters

Brian is a Councillor at Gilgandra Shire Council and serves as Council’s representative on the Joint Regional Planning Panel and is a passionate advocate for raising awareness about Ovarian Cancer in regional communities.

Brian isn’t your typical old school Lawyer. Years of experience and knowledge is further enriched by his caring and kind nature which allows him to see the person and not just the matter. His quick wit and sense of humour also helps his clients feel a sense of comfort and right at home.

Lisa Davis

Before joining Stacey McAllan Legal in 2020, Lisa enjoyed a successful career in Local Government working in executive management roles and consulting for businesses across NSW.

Lisa is a true team leader who supports and inspires others to achieve their best. She is a natural communicator, innovator, and early adapter.

Kaitlyn’s sweet and bubbly personality is sunshine personified. She is a natural communicator and genuine people person. Her commitment to ensuring our clients receive the best of care is something we absolutely love about her. 

Kaitlyn is also mum to gorgeous Max and her most favourite days are the ones spent with her family. She is also a master weaver and macramé wizard and has her own online boutique stall where you can pick up one of her clever creations.

Julie's areas of interest include:

Julie has built a career in the banking industry, working for two of the major four banks and has an eye for detail and a knack for numbers. Julie plans to study law and practice in the area of business and contract law. 

In her downtime, Julie loves dancing and snow sports. She is also an avid reader, often with multiple books on the go. She is also happiest in the kitchen cooking up a storm.
