As Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (known commonly as family mediators), our job is to help people going through separation, divorce or working through parenting matters to find solutions in a safe, supportive and respectful environment without the involvement of the Courts.

Completion and issue of Dispute Resolution Certificate

Drafting of Consent Orders where agreement has been reached and issue to each party’s legal representation for completion, signing and filing
Fees:

Full Day Mediation (8 hours) - including intake assessment and mediation $2,700 + GST
-
Half Day Mediation (4 hours) – including intake assessment and mediation. $1,350 + GST
