As Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (known commonly as family mediators), our job is to help people going through separation, divorce or working through parenting matters to find solutions in a safe, supportive and respectful environment without the involvement of the Courts.

If mediation is not suitable or is unsuccessful, we issue the Dispute Resolution Certificate to you to file with the Court.

At Stacey McAllan Legal, we provide a private, external, innovative, professional, personalised and flexible FDR mediation service as described in the Central Practice Direction issued by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

We will manage the entire mediation process from Initial Assessment to drafting agreements that may be used to prepare Consent Orders for filing with the Family Court.

We can help with:

• Parenting and Family Mediation

• Divorce, Separation Property Settlements

• Completion and issue of Dispute Resolution Certificate

• Drafting of Consent Orders where agreement has been reached and issue to each party’s legal representation for completion, signing and filing

Fees:  

• Full Day Mediation (8 hours) - including intake assessment and mediation $2,700 + GST

• Half Day Mediation (4 hours) – including intake assessment and mediation. $1,350 + GST
