FAMILY DISPUTE RESOLUTION SERVICES

At Stacey McAllan Legal, we provide a private, external, innovative, professional, personalised and flexible FDR mediation service as described in the Central Practice Direction issued by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

 

We will manage the entire mediation process from Initial Assessment to drafting agreements that may be used to prepare Consent Orders for filing with the Family Court.

 

If mediation is not suitable or is unsuccessful, we issue the Dispute Resolution Certificate to you to file with the Court.
